Biography

Scientific interests

In my master thesis in 1996 I constructed computer programs to predict the cognitive states from functional magnetic resonance images (fMRI), and I have been - and still is - involved in constructing Lyngby - a Matlab toolbox for analysis of functional neuroimages. At the BrainMap '96 Workshop I heard Peter T. Fox talk about Functional Volumes Modeling and have since been interested in pursuing the idea. This I have done with the Brede toolbox and the Brede database. These are geared towards automated machine learning-based meta-analysis of functional neuroimaging studies. Recently, I have begun to extend this to molecular neuroimaging.
