Curriculum vitae

Scientific interests:

Through my studies I have been enchanted by the world of epigenetics and neurobiology. Epigenetics is a rather new topic, which is getting more focus due to the modern techniques of biomedicine, in conjunction with the increasing interest of the interplay between the environment and the genome. My current project aims at investigating the epigenetic changes following modulation of the 5HT-2A receptor, first by PET-scans and later by biomedical techniques, such as NChIP, qPCR and DNA methylation.
