Scientific interests:
I am generally interested in applied problems in the combined fields of computer science, mathematics and neuroscience. The main focus of my research at NRU is the multi-modal analysis of MRI and PET neuroimaging data. My current project is the construction of an atlas of the brain’s serotonin receptors and transporter using Freesurfer.
