Scientific interests

My research aims to advance our understanding of the neurobiological mechanisms underlying neuropsychiatric disorders and develop novel pharmacological interventions for these conditions. To investigate these mechanisms, I utilize a range of neuroimaging techniques including arterial spin labeling (ASL), blood-oxygen-level-dependent (BOLD) fMRI, and positron emission tomography (PET) imaging.

By using multimodal approaches, I aim to better understand the mechanisms of action underlying the therapeutic effects of psychedelic compounds. Through the use of various neuroimaging techniques and clinical trial methodologies, I hope to contribute to the development of new and effective treatments for individuals suffering from neuropsychiatric disorders.
