Scientific interests

I have previously worked with Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Spectroscopy scanning patients with low-grade gliomas and a retrospective study Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT) to predict the outcome of epilepsy surgery.

Currently I am working on a retrospective study using text-mining to extract data from medical records of epilepsy patients along with including patients in the BrainDrugs project.
